At Lexington Boulevard Animal Hospital, we take great pride in partnering with you to provide the best in veterinary care for your pets. Thus, we are very excited to reveal our new Wellness Program that allows us to become more proactive in your pet's health. By focusing on careful screening tests, our intent is to find small problems early on, before they may cause your pet to experience significant medical problems. What is the Wellness Program? The Wellness Program is a package of tests that we have selected in order to assess a wide array of body systems. By combining these tests, we are able to pass a significant amount of savings on to you. Your veterinarian may suggest additional follow-up testing based on the results of your pet's wellness profile. What is the Wellness PLUS Program? The Wellness PLUS Program includes either the canine or feline wellness package, plus a professional routine dental cleaning. Dental cleanings must be scheduled within 2 weeks of the Wellness Package in order to receive this discounted rate. If additional dental work is required at the time of the dental (for example, extractions) these will be discussed and an estimate given. What will I receive at my results appointment? You will receive a folder with your pet's results, along with a guide explaining what each test
evaluates. Your doctor will also review your pet's radiographs with you, and show you any
abnormalities that are noted. You will receive a CD of the radiographs to keep. If additional
testing is warranted based on your pet's
individual results, then your veterinarian will make those suggestions at that time. Save Over 50%
