Dr. Sandy Seamans graduated
from LSU in 1974 with a degree in medical technology and later obtained
her DVM degree, graduating first in her class. Her expertise has allowed
the hospital to have a complete in house diagnostic laboratory . She
has completed extensive continuing education in the areas of surgery
and in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic skin diseases. Outside
of the hospital, Dr. Seamans has a passion for ballroom dancing; competing
all over the country! |

Dr. Steve Taylor obtained his
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M in 1972. He
later completed a postgraduate internship and an internal medicine
residency at the Animal Medical Center in New York. Dr. Taylor is
board certified in internal medicine but also has a special interest
in neurology. Dr. Taylor has a second certification in veterinary
acupuncture, which enables him to combine both western are eastern
medicine techniques. |

Dr. Cheryl Stanley graduated
with honors from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine
in 1993. She recently completed a demanding certification to obtain
diplomate status in the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners.
Her special interest and certification are in the field of Feline
Practice. Dr. Stanley's compassion for animals and her attention to
detail make her clients feel as if they are part of her family. By
the way, Dr. Stanley has a busy household of her own, comprised
of 5 cats and 3 dogs. |

Dr. Barbara Willhouse ("Dr.
House" as we call her) graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary
Medicine. Additionally, she holds a Master's Degree and Teaching Certificate
from Stephen F. Austin State University. Her veterinary interests
include ultrasonography, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery. Outside
of the clinic, Dr. Willhouse is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoys
photography, and has three dogs and one cat of her own. |

Dr. Kristin Lewis graduated from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary medicine with honors. She recently completed an internship at Kansas State University Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital in small animal medicine and surgery. She especially enjoys internal medicine, cardiology and feline medicine. Outside of work, she enjoys doing agility with her Cavalier King Charles spaniels, camping and dancing. Currently, she shares her home with two Cavaliers, an English setter and two cats. |

Dr. Nick Schindler graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. His veterinary interests include surgery, cardiology, and ophthalmology. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Schindler enjoys golfing and woodworking. He and his wife, Jandi, share their home with two orange tabby cats (Quentin and Max) and a Chesapeake Bay retriever named Chloe. |

Dr. Lore Haug graduated with honors from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. After working in general practice for several years, she completed a residency in behavioral medicine at Texas A&M and obtained board certification in the American College of Veterinary Behaviorists in 2002. She is the only full time veterinary behaviorist in Texas. She also has an interest in neurology, internal medicine and emergency medicine. Her hobbies include herpetology, reading, cycling, equestrian events, and other outdoor activities. She has been active in various dog sports and currently shares her time with a Doberman Pinscher and a Polish Arabian.
